Parador De Vielha

Amazing place with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a relaxing bar area. The helpful staff guided me during my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying breakfast. I'll be back for Easter!

The parador was really good with amazing panoramic views from the dining room. The spacious room was comfortable, and the delicious food. We had an very nice dinner and breakfast.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony looking u a valley to the snow-clad peaks. The lounge area was spacious and very comfortaable with excellent w-fi (free) - the latter didn't reach the rooms though. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in very early, and a problem with the toilet was attended to within minutes. The dining experience was great, including the local cuisine speciality, with fast service and friendly-enough waiting staff.

No walking trails from the hotel itself, but the town was a few minutes drive away. The florrs creaked and sound insulation between floors was poor.

About the room: excellent beds! Dinner was very good, also the service.

Fine mountain views from the balcony added a special touch to my stay. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, including delicious local products. The staff were accommodating, particularly in assisting with arrangements for my young children, made things significantly easier. The swimming pool, with its fantastic views, was a major highlight for relaxation. Some aspects were disappointing. The room's furnishings showed clear signs of age and wear, detracting from the comfort level. Some noise from the main road made it hard to fully enjoy the tranquility one might expect. Check-in was somewhat slow. The food quality in the hotel restaurant didn't match the high prices.

The location in the Pyrenees was wonderful if you are into mountains. A very modern hotel in excellent condition. More a place to stay in winter than summer. The town of Vielha is 2km away but looked a thriving place and very suited to the winter sports enthusiasts.

Plenty of car parking space but limited close to the hotel entrance.

Really helpful staff and excellent location in the pleasant restaurant, everything was very good. The rooms were excellent and new-fashioned with stunning views. Location: the hotel was near the restaurants, the entire valley and the hill overlooking the valley. The food we tried was outstanding and they have a huge variety of meals to choose from.
